Vitruvian Girl
Unlike the Vitruvian Man, the Vitruvian Girl is not of perfect proportion. She is not the image that represents the blend of art and science during the Renaissance, or the universe as a whole, nor is she the measure of all things “girly”. She is however a believer..a believer like Leonardo that the human eye is the perfect instrument in which to learn the laws of nature, and the artist, the perfect person to illustrate them. The Vitruvian girl is a modern one.
She thinks, creates, observes, teaches, cares and shares. And even with her flaws and her fears, she reaches past the circle, out of bounds, free to fall, until she flies…
Follow her and see what wonders she may bring...
Its just a bunch of HOCUS POCUS.
It’s done. My bedroom is officially cracked out in Halloween decorations.
Just when I thought Halloween would slip from underneath me, I managed to pull a fast one at Michael’s and update my Halloween gear (as seen in my previous post) at 40% off. My fav’s I have to say are the Martha Stewart vinyl window decals and the Halloween tree!…ALTHOUGH, I am partial to the new spiderweb container I got from Target today to store all my goodies once its all over. AND the paper mache skull I painted glittery silver…AND the Halloween sign I painted glittery orange..AND..AND..who am I kidding I love it all.

What are your Halloween plans ?
A Date With…ME!
This morning I totally played hooky and thought “I love me, I want to take me out and buy me wonderful gifts”.
And that is precisely what I did.

Best date EVER.
